(1) For the purpose of sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Act, the party which is registered with the Commission by 27th Chait 27 of the year 2073 shall, within 26 of Chait 26 of the year 2074, clause (a), (b) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Act. , (c), (f) and (g) details and documents should be submitted to the Commission as per Schedule-8.
(2) When submitting details and documents according to sub-rule (1), the principal officer or authorized person of that party shall submit a signed application.
(3) If any matter is not clear while examining the details and documents submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Commission may ask the relevant party to understand more or ask for more details, and it shall be the duty of such party to submit the requested details to the Commission.
(4) According to this rule, the Commission will check the details and documents submitted by the parties and keep the records thereof.
